Farm Fresh Eggs
Eggs are collected daily from our backyard flock. We have 12 laying hens currently. Egg production is affected by the seasons. In winter our hens typically lay between 2-4 eggs daily. Please contact us to make sure we have eggs available for purchase.
Dozen Eggs
$4
Our farm-fresh eggs are not washed to keep the "bloom" intact. Washed eggs need to be used within a week of being washed. Unwashed eggs will stay fresh longer. Please research how you would prefer to store your eggs as well as how long your eggs will last per your storage preference.
Egg size
Be sure to check your recipes for egg size. Our eggs are large or small size. We have one silkie that lays small eggs. This small egg will be included in your dozen unless you ask to replace this egg.
Egg Color
Egg color does not affect the taste. The blue eggs are from our Easter egger hens. The large brown eggs are from our Sapphire gems and Australorp hens. The small brown egg is from our Silkie
